Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

This page explains how you can delete data associated with your AiToEarn account, including data obtained when you connect a YouTube channel through Google OAuth. AiToEarn uses YouTube API Services to connect your channel, publish content, and operate related channel management features.

Delete YouTube Authorization Data

   Log in to your AiToEarn account

   Open the connected accounts or channel management area

   Select the connected YouTube channel you want to remove

   Delete or unbind the channel. AiToEarn will delete the locally stored OAuth credentials, cached credential data, and the local account binding for that YouTube channel.

Revoke AiToEarn Access in Google

You can also revoke AiToEarn's access to your Google and YouTube account directly from Google security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en.

Revoking access in Google prevents AiToEarn from making further requests to YouTube API Services for that authorization. You may also review Google's privacy practices at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Refresh, Update, and Deletion Frequency

AiToEarn refreshes OAuth access tokens only when needed to provide user-requested YouTube features or when the current token is near expiry. YouTube channel data, video metadata, playlists, comments, captions, publish status, and related API Data are refreshed or updated when you open or use the relevant feature, schedule or publish content, request an update, or when AiToEarn needs current data to complete a workflow you requested.

Stored YouTube authorization data is deleted when you delete or unbind a connected YouTube channel in AiToEarn, revoke AiToEarn's authorization through Google, or submit a data deletion request. Cached or transient YouTube API responses are overwritten or expired according to AiToEarn's normal application cache behavior and are not used for unrelated purposes.

Request Account or Data Deletion

To request deletion of your AiToEarn account or personal data that is not removed through the connected-account removal flow, contact us from your registered email address. Include your AiToEarn account email and describe the data you want deleted.
